Why Central Habits?
Hello, my name is Eduardo, an I’m starting this blog to explore the basic habits to achieve success and to live a happy life. There are so many habits you can practice each day and if you go on a Web Search you can find the 144 habits for success or the 25 habits to do before you get out of your house. All of those probably are great habits, but I believe that there are some Central Habits, a few basic ones, that practicing them daily will bring you the success an happiness you are looking for. This habits probably vary from person to person and I will probably explore more about the ones that are central to my life which are reading, exercising, self-care, daily planning and taking action.
So yes, we have lot to explore and I hope Central Habits is useful to more than one.
